– 2 C.Of flour.
– 1/2 C.Of Melted butter.
– 2 Tbsp.OF of Brown sugar.
– 2 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.
– 1 Tsp.Of baking soda.
– A pinch of sea salt.
Instructions
– Step I- Mix the milk with an egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter together in a medium-size bowl.
– Step II- Then add the sugar, baking soda, and salt to the bowl.
Fold in the flour gently until the batter is smooth.
– Step III- Pour the mixture into a baggy gallon size Ziplock and put it aside for a few minutes.
– Step IV- In a frying pan, pour oil until it is approximately half an inch deep.
Switch the heat to high for about two minutes, then turn it down to medium heat.

– Step VII- With a slotted metal spatula, turn them over gently and cook again until the bottom half is golden brown.
– Step VIII-Sprinkle with powdered sugar and put on paper towels to drain the grease.
Enjoy
