Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin (approx. 5-6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a baking rack on top of a foil-lined pan.
- To eliminate any moisture, pat the chicken skin dry with a paper towel.
- Season the chicken with seasoning, salt, and pepper after drizzling it with olive oil.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F degrees, on the rack.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
